Unfortunately, the user interface is very bad and not intuitive. Not possible easily create a new project , delete a project, delete an existing data model and its data, .... And also very difficult to just import triples and make graph models, ....

Add File is placed odd
The DBMS Add button is also packed with the Add File functionality. I suggest to separate them and put an Add File button at the file section.

Settings pop-up lacks any relevant context information
When opening the settings for a DBMS (... -> Settings ...) a pop-up appears that hides the background but doesn't show which particular DBMS is edited. You should show the project and resp. DBMS in the title.
