I see intermittent connection errors that started on March 4 indicating "BoltServiceUnavailableException: Server ... is no longer available". The backend is on Spring Boot 4.0.3 using Neo4jClient deployed in GCP Cloud Run. Is this a known issue?

It also manifests itself with "Could not perform discovery for database '<default database>'. No routing server available.; Error code 'N/A'"
