I got the following email and after 3 days the db was deleted:

Hi there,

We will delete the content of paused databases after 30 days, which is 3 days from now. 

You currently have an Aura Free Instance named Instance01.

Once it’s been deleted you will no longer have access to the resume or get the data associated with this Free database.

If you want to keep this data, please login and resume or download the data from your database before we delete it. 

You will retain the ability to login and create a new Free Instance within Aura forever.
