I tried reinstalling, modifying versions, but the tool installation tab still doesn't appear

Hi Yasmin,
The plugin installation steps are shown below (see link), please note plugins only work with local databases and you have to click the name of your DBMS inside a project for the plugin installation (and DBMS upgrade) tabs to appear.
