Hey there,
Thanks for the feedback. Which cloud service provider do you need a South Korea region for?

Jonny James I’m using Neo4j Aura, and it would be most helpful if a South Korea region is available on AWS (or GCP/Azure depending on your preference).

DH Thanks for the quick response! I've noted this and will ensure it' taken into account a we expand Aura regions.
Two final questions if it's ok:
- Do you need South Korea due to data residency restrictions or is this more down to running Aura close to your application to avoid latency?
- Can I ask which tier you're running on - Professional/Business Critical/Virtual Dedicated Cloud
Many thanks,
Jonny

Jonny James Hi Jonny,
Thanks for your follow-up.
Initially, my request was mainly for usability, since South Korea was not available in the region selection.
However, for my current project—a tourism knowledge graph and AI service based on real-time environmental and mobility data in Jeju—having a South Korea region would also be important in terms of latency and integration with local data sources (e.g., weather, traffic, and public APIs).
Since the service is intended for real-world deployment and testing, regional proximity could have a meaningful impact on performance.
I am currently using the Professional tier while building and testing the system.
Thanks again for considering this!
